Adrian John Toomey, Nicola Jaye Hinton and Jason Victor Carr were before the court in connection to criminal activity at a Hunter Street flat that was previously likened to an illicit drug kiosk or supermarket.
On Wednesday they each pleaded guilty to the strictly indictable charge of supplying prohibited drugs on an ongoing basis and other related charges.
It came 12 months after an investigation brought Toomey to the attention of police and they received a warrant to install video and audio equipment in the home Toomey shared with Hinton, his partner.
The trio were committed for sentence in Dubbo District Court.
Toomey, 39, who was arrested in July and released from custody on conditional bail in January, was the first to appear on Wednesday, dressed in a black suit.
Through his solicitor he pleaded guilty to supplying methamphetamine - known as ice - on 670 or more separate occasions during a 30-day period for financial or material reward.
He pleaded guilty to knowingly dealing with the proceeds of crime totalling at least $27,000.
There were guilty pleas to a further five related charges.
The Crown withdrew a charge of participating in a criminal group contributing to criminal activity against Toomey and later against the two co-accused.
On the basis of Toomey's pleas the Crown withdrew a further four charges.
Hinton, who has been held in custody since her arrest in July, was led into the dock to face magistrate Philip Stewart.
Through her solicitor the 43-year-old pleaded guilty to supplying ice on 60 or more occasions in 30 days for material reward.
Hinton also pleaded guilty to three other related charges and, another five charges were withdrawn.
As she was led away there were calls of "See you Nic" from the public gallery and Hinton said goodbye as she was led away to return to the correctional centre she is being held in.
There was no new application for bail.
Toomey, whose bail had been continued, then left the courtroom.
Carr, 36, was escorted in to face the magistrate and, hand-cuffed, he waved to people seated in the rear of the court.
He pleaded guilty to supplying ice on 28 or more occasions in a month for financial or material reward and knowingly dealing with the proceeds of crime totalling $1455.
He also pleaded guilty to three related charges while a charge of knowingly deal with the proceeds of crime was withdrawn.
All three are listed to face Dubbo District Court on July 17.
