At just 17-years-old, the Dubbo Wiradjuri teen has already sparked a career for himself.
Ngali said originally he didn’t know he was going to compete down the catwalk until his mother, Allyson surprised him with the news.
She submitted a photo of Ngali to the Aboriginal Model Search and he was chosen for the event.

“I didn’t know about it until she told me that she entered me and I was picked. So, I went down there and gave it my best shot and I won.” Ngali said.
The event was held at the Stamford Plaza at the Sydney Airport Hotel.
Ngali said he spends his spare time playing basketball for the Ballers and teaching hip hop at the recently opened Urban Edge Dance Studios in Dubbo.
He said his role models included dancer FikShun who pursues and gives everything a go, as well as Doug Gordan from Dubbo College Delroy Campus because “he’s like a Dad”.
The 17-year-old is now represented Wink Models agency. The modelling agency said it was super excited to have Ngali on board.
Ngali said he had hoped to secure a modelling contract with the agency.
He said he saw himself rapping, travelling the world and modelling in the future.
